Channels, assets, projects, timelines, transcripts, generated media, thumbnails, and settings are stored on your Mac.
Transcription, highlight detection, translation, voice synthesis, noise removal, editing, and rendering run locally with models the app downloads from Hugging Face on request.
The app has no account and contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software.
AI providers you configure
When you generate video or images, the app sends your prompt and any source images, audio, or video to the provider whose key you entered: LTX, Google, or OpenAI. Each provider processes and may retain that material under its own terms.
Your keys are stored on your Mac and used only for your requests.
YouTube
If you connect a channel, the app uses Google sign-in with YouTube permissions to list your videos, import them, and upload finished videos with the details you enter.
Tokens are stored on your Mac and can be disconnected in the app. Wonek's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage operated by Arte Soft
Trend Radar caches public trend snapshots on storage operated by Arte Soft. Your media, projects, and keys are never uploaded there.
Permissions and purchases
The app asks for the microphone to capture voice input and for Photos when saving to your library. It reads and writes only the files and folders you choose.
Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment; Wonek never receives your card details.
Public website
Wonek.com is a static informational website. It does not ask visitors to create an account, submit a support form, upload files, or enter payment details.
The hosting and delivery providers may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
The website links to external services such as the Apple App Store. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies.
Direct email support
When a visitor emails office@arte-soft.com, Wonek receives the sender address and the information included in the message and attachments.
Support messages are used to answer the request, troubleshoot products, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, access tokens, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Retention and sharing
Beyond the AI providers you configure and YouTube when you publish, Arte Soft does not sell or share personal information. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Technical logs and support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, support, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, and operational providers that help deliver the website or respond to support requests.
Requests and contact
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of support information, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention requirements.
